- <$2500 cap> There is one group of FSA owners for whom this new cap will be particularly cruel and onerous: parents of special needs children. There are thousands of families with special needs children in the United States, and many of them use FSAs to pay for special needs education. Tuition rates at one leading school that teaches special needs children in Washington, D.C. can easily exceed $14,000 per year.

Health Care Bill Clears with a 60/39 Vote-It was sealed when the two final Democratic holdouts, Sens. Mary Landrieu of Louisiana and Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas, announced they would join in clearing the way for a full debate (Both stressed they were not committing in advance to vote for the bill wanting changes to come from next month’s debate)…So, it begins after Thanksgiving break…Is this battle lost, or will AMERICA SPEAKUP???
